  • Young women and girls from marginalized communities do not have equal access and exposure to careers that lead to upward economic mobility due to a lack of awareness and an understanding of specific skills needed to enter into entry-level careers.

  • Your donation goes towards program cost needed to provide:

    • Leadership & Employability Training for young women to enter entry-level upward economically mobile careers (not jobs)

    • Assistance with career placement

    • Access to career exploration through internships

    • Self-esteem and character development for younger girls
