LEADERSHIP&
EMPLOYABILITY TRAINING FOR GIRLS, K-12

Our Leadership Training for girls, ages, 6-13, is concentrated on character development by teaching girls the skills they need to overcome self-esteem issues, bullying, and trauma by emphasizing literacy enrichment.

The Leadership and Employability Training for girls, ages 14-17,  highlights critical thinking, problem-solving, responsible decision making, time management, financial management skills, career exploration, and employment retention.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

Participants must enroll or already be participants in one of our community partnering organizations. If you are inquiring on the behalf of a minor or interested in becoming a community partner to host our Leadership and Employability Training at your location, email info@alliance4ywg.org or call (323) 795-5936 to inquire for more details.
