EMPLOYABILITY TRAINING FOR GIRLS, K-12
Our Leadership Training for girls, ages, 6-13, is concentrated on character development by teaching girls the skills they need to overcome self-esteem issues, bullying, and trauma by emphasizing literacy enrichment.

The Leadership and Employability Training for girls, ages 14-17, highlights critical thinking, problem-solving, responsible decision making, time management, financial management skills, career exploration, and employment retention.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY
Participants must enroll or already be participants in one of our community partnering organizations.
