Our Leadership and Employability Training is eight weeks. There are two versions of our training: Hybrid and in-person.

Hybrid Leadership & Employability

Participants meet virtually two days per week with a trainer for an hour and a half for instruction. They are in an open class during the assigned class times to submit assignments in an online classroom platform and receive additional assistance from the trainer. Participants also meet in person two days a month for 2-4 hours.

In-Person Leadership & Employability Training

Participants attend training in person at our designated training location, two days per week for 3-4 hours.

Upon completion of the training, participants receive assistance with career placement through our employing partners and companies.

Both pieces of training prepare participants to enter entry-level careers in business, finance, logistics, information technology, communication, healthcare, logistics, law, arts, and education.
