Our Leadership and Employability Training is eight weeks. There are two versions of our training: Hybrid and in-person.

Hybrid Leadership & Employability

Participants meet virtually two days per week with a trainer for an hour and a half for instruction. During the assigned class times, they are in an open class to submit assignments in an online classroom platform and receive additional assistance from the trainer. Participants also meet in person two Saturdays a month for two hours to complete presentations and mock interviews.

Example of training schedule:

  • Mon./Wed., 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - the time participants have to individually work on assignments in the online classroom platform or get help from the trainer.

  • Online instruction, 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

  • Two Saturday in-person training for two hours

An ideal candidate is a person who works during the day and wants to transition from their job to a career.

In-Person Leadership & Employability Training

Participants attend training in person at our designated training location, two days per week for 3-4 hours.

Example of training schedule:

  • Mon./Wed., 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
