AGES 18 - 35

Our flagship six-month training program is a high-impact, hybrid experience designed specifically for women entering or pivoting in the workforce. We combine the convenience of digital learning with the essential power of face-to-face connection to ensure you are fully prepared for your next career move.

A Modern Hybrid Approach

To provide both flexibility and deep engagement, our curriculum is delivered through a strategic blend of learning environments:

  • Virtual Mastery (80% of Training): Engage in dynamic, expert-led online sessions. This includes interactive instruction, dedicated virtual lab time for assignment support, and monthly Virtual Career Workshops focused on the latest industry trends.

  • In-Person Connection (20% of Training): Bridge the gap between theory and practice through monthly Learning & Networking Mixers. These sessions are designed to build your professional community, foster peer-to-peer mentorship, and sharpen your interpersonal leadership skills.

Program Culmination & Graduation

The program concludes with a formal Graduation Ceremony, celebrating your hard work and marking your transition from trainee to a professional.
