ENTRY-LEVEL CAREER TRAINING FOR WOMEN,

Technical Career Certifications: Gain industry-recognized credentials in fields such as UX Design, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, IT Support, Cybersecurity, or Automation with Python.

Success requires more than just technical skills; it requires a strategic professional identity.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

18-35 years old (or will be 18 by the program start date)
-
Have a high school diploma or GED
-
Have a valid California driver's license or ID
-
A resident of Los Angeles County (California)
-
Authorized to work in the U.S.
-
Have a minimum of one year of work experience
-
Unemployed or underemployed (working less than 40 hours per week)

Actively seeking employment
-
Must identify with one of the following:

From a social justice impacted community
-
From a low-income community (e.g., receiving government assisstance, SNAP, Section 8, etc.)

From the re-entry population
-
Unsheltered or Housing Insecure (couch-surfing)

Survivors of Domestic Violence

Single Mothers
-
First-Generation to attend college
-
Veteran
-
TAY (Transitional Age Foster Youth)
